🔁 Order Edits & Cancellations
Can I change my order?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, changes are not allowed after the order is submitted. But you can cancel within 3 hours and reorder the correct item.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes – cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours post-purchase. After that, production starts, and changes are no longer possible. We do not charge cancellation fees.

How much time do I have to return something?
You may return or request a refund within 7 days after the item arrives.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
What situations qualify for a refund?
- Items arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong style, size, or print
- Items differ from online description
- Packages not delivered within 30 days
- Used or altered apparel
- Missing tags or packaging
- Orders with wrong address entered by customer
- Change of mind or preference
What documents are required?
Order ID, photos of the issue, and related email thread with our support.
How to file a return request?
Reach out to cs@livezstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your details. We’ll respond in 2–3 business days.

Where do I send my return?
Don’t return items without contacting us first. Return addresses vary by product.
How soon will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 7 working days after receiving the return. Your bank might need 5–7 more days.
What if I don’t see the refund yet?
Double-check your account. Contact your bank. If it’s still not there after 15 business days, email us.
